How much does it cost to hire a band for my wedding?

How do I make a booking?

To find out if your preferred band is available, just contact us and we will take care of everything for you from there.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit will be payable to secure your band. The precise figure may vary but is usually less than 20% of the booking amount.

In what regions do the bands perform?

Our bands perform right across the UK, not just in the Midlands. If you have an event further afield and would like to book one of our bands, please just let us know.

What is included in the price of my booking?

All our acts offer two one-hour sets of live music. All sound and lighting equipment is provided. In addition to this, there are various services which you can also have your band provide, for which fees may apply. Opt to have your band provide background music and a laptop disco. Have a special song in mind for your first dance? Let us know and we will ask the band to learn it for you. Perhaps an acoustic set during the daytime would add a little sparkle to your champagne reception. Just ask: your band might be able to provide this for you.

Can I see my band perform live before I book them?

All of our wedding bands are full-time, professional acts performing exlusively at private functions. This unavoidably means that you can't go to watch them live before committing to your booking. For this reason, we encourage all of our acts to provide recent video footage of their live show, giving you the best possible respresentation of what you are booking.

We vet all of our acts thoroughly before agreeing to take them on. We have kept our agency small and personal so that we can work exclusively with quality, not quantity.
